 The
Indo-Hellenic Society for Culture and Development (ELINEPA),
the
Greek
Film Center and the Embassy of India, Athens organized the screening
of the film “APAHARAN” of the distinguished Indian film director
Prakash Jha.
The
screening took place at TRIANON Film Center (21 Kodrigktonos str.
and Patission str., Athens) on Tuesday 3 June 2008 at 19.30 hrs to
honour of the Indian film director and producer Prakash Jha who
visited Athens from 1 to 4 June in order to receive an award for his
work from the “Kyriazis Foundation” and the Greek Ministry of
Culture.
Before
the screening spoke H.E. the Ambassador of India to Greece, Mr.
Dilip Sinha, the President of ELINEPA Dr. Dimitrios Vassiliadis and
the Film Director Prakash Jha who answered to many questions from
the audience.
The film
